The Multiform Foundation is an independent structure with no shareholders. The flexibility of a Multiform Foundation provides founders with a wide-ranging scope on which to base their structure.
The Multiform Foundation may choose a law other than the Island of Nevis Multiform Foundation Law to manage the entity in whole or in part.
The Multiform Foundation can become a tax resident by informing the Register about it and pay taxes with a maximum rate of 1 percent.
