Building on 62 Nevsky Ave., Saint Petersburg

In this project, we’re offering the possibility to enter in a lease agreement with KIA, (the Committee of property relations of Saint Petersburg).
The property has a total area of 2026 sq meter divided into two floors. The building has four entrances: two from Nevsky Prospekt and two from the courtyard.
The agreement would be a ten-year contract for a monthly 4,682,449.54 rubles (about $64,000) + VAT, or, in other terms, $31 per month per sq meter+ VAT.
The agreement also comes with the unique possibility of purchasing the property in private ownership from June 2022 for a preliminary price of $14 million.
